Delete your data.

Under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (Article 17, “right to erasure”) and Meta's Platform Terms, you can delete your AdsXFlow account and every piece of data we hold about you at any time. This page explains exactly how, what gets deleted, and when it's gone for good.

From the app

  1. Sign in at adsxflow.com/login.
  2. Open your Account settings (top-right menu → Account).
  3. Scroll to the Danger zone.
  4. Click I want to delete my account, then type DELETE MY ACCOUNT into the confirmation field.
  5. Click Delete account permanently.

From Facebook or Instagram

If you connected AdsXFlow to Facebook or Instagram via OAuth, you can also trigger deletion from Meta's side. When you remove AdsXFlow from your Facebook account, Meta notifies us and we run the same deletion on our backend automatically.

  1. Open Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
  2. Find AdsXFlow in the connected apps list.
  3. Click Remove, then check “Delete all posts, videos, or events that AdsXFlow posted on your timeline.”

By email

If you can't access your account, email us at privacy@adsxflow.com from the email address tied to your account. We'll verify ownership and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What we delete

OAuth tokens

We revoke your Meta and Instagram access tokens with Meta directly (via DELETE /me/permissions) immediately when deletion runs. Even if any other part of the cascade has a transient failure, the tokens stop working first — there is no window where a half-deleted account could post to your social profiles.

Timeline

Team members & shared projects

Deletion removes your ownership of projects you own. If you want to keep a project alive after leaving (e.g. a team member is taking over the brand), transfer ownership before deleting your account. Once a project owner is gone, the project is gone with them — team members on those projects lose access.
